FORM 2: Application for Billboard Registration
All site boards / billboards must be authorised by a ZIA-registered architect. Fields marked * are required.

I. Submission Guidelines (Public)
Professional Accountability: Applications must be facilitated by a ZIA-registered architect in good standing.
Dimensional Accuracy: Ensure the "Overall Dimension" accurately reflects the physical structure to be installed.
Legal Clearance: An approval from the Local Authority is mandatory before the ZIA gazetting process can commence.

Application Fee: K250 (non-refundable), paid to ZIA Secretariat.

Submit completed form to: compliance@zia.org.zm

II. Administrative Review Process (Internal)
1. Verification: The Secretariat confirms the registration status of the lead architect.
2. Validation: Approved Local Authority Building Permit must be provided.
3. Gazetting: Approved applications are assigned a unique ZIA serial number for the National Billboard Register and a Billboard Compliance Certificate.
4. Registry Update: Formal entry of the billboard dimensions and location into the registration database.

Notice: No construction works (excluding site clearance) shall commence until the ZIA Serialized Site BCN Sticker is issued and displayed on site. Minimum fine for non-compliance: 10,000 Penalty Units (K4,000).
